   Warranty and Returns
Unused, damaged goods

The Annicom sales team should be contacted to discusse the return of unused or damaged goods.

None functioning goods

If goods are not functioning as expected please contact the Annicom engineering team for advice. If it is suspected the goods are faulty or require further testing and are still within their warranty period a returns number will be issued. If the warranty has expired the repair cost will be discussed and agreed prior to issuing a returns number. The goods should be returned to Annicom accompanied by details giving the issued returns number, reason for return and the date and number of the Annicom invoice upon which such goods were charged. After receiving the goods Annicom will test them. If found to be faulty the goods will be either repaired or replaced. The warranty only covers the cost of replacement or repair, return shipment will be charged at the defined rate.

Loan goods

Annicom can generally provide a Loan unit for Annicom manufactured goods returned under warranty. The loan unit will be invoiced at the unit value, this will be cancelled or refunded once the Loan unit is returned to Annicom and checked. The cost of repairing any damage to the Loan unit will be deducted before any refund is paid. Shipment charges for the loan unit are not be covered by the warranty.

4. Return of unused goods, Cancellations

a) Any specially ordered goods cannot be cancelled or returned

b) Goods properly delivered by us will not be accepted for credit unless we are advised
beforehand and agree to accept them back at which point we will issue a returns number. Such goods returned as not wanted or incorrectly ordered must be sent back carriage paid and will be subject to a 15% handling charge.

c) Written confirmations of telephone orders MUST be endorsed as such. In the event of an order being duplicated through failure to clearly endorse the confirmation, the customer will be liable for the full invoice value of the duplicate order. Such duplicated deliveries will only be accepted for credit subject to a 15% handling charge.

d) Except in special circumstances and by written agreement the Company will not accept cancellation of orders.

8. Returned Goods

Goods will not be accepted for return without the prior agreement of the Company at which point a returns number wil be issued. Agreed returns must be accompanied by details giving the issued returns number, reason for return and the date and number of the Companys invoice upon which such goods were charged.

14. Warranties

All items manufactured by Annicom Limited after 01 January 2012 are guaranteed for a period of three years from the date of dispatch. Any item found to be defective through faulty materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired (at our discretion). The Company does not accept responsibilty for any damage caused and will not entertain or accept claims for any labour or shipment content involved in replacing products under warranty. Other items supplied by a third party would be subject to their guarantee.
